VFTQ 56 - Serenity Day
Welcome along to this fine episode 56 of the View From The Quad podcast for the First of June 2007.
In this episode, I speak to Almar about Cant Stop the Serenity, the two weeks in which Browncoats (Fans of Firefly and Serenity) all around the glope will get together to watch Serenity and raise money for Equality Now!
Taken from www.cantstoptheserenity.com -
The 2006 Cant Stop The Serenity screenings for Equality Now were an unqualified success. Organizers held events in 47 cities around the world, raising over $65,000 for the womens rights advocacy group. Almost immediately, the organizers wanted to make plans to do it again the following year.
Those plans have been made, and Irish Browncoats will get to see Serenity on the big screen again, and win some crazy cool signed prizes.
